During the last few months, Dentons Muñoz Nicaragua was in charge of drafting the bylaws of the new Nicaraguan-Chilean Chamber of Commerce. Sarybel Abad and Edgard Torres drafted the corresponding public deed, and Gabriel Alvarado acted as the authorizing Notary Public. Our office will also be in charge of its registration before the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in Nicaragua.

The establishment of this Chamber will strengthen the commercial and economic exchange between Nicaragua and Chile, boost Nicaraguan business abroad and promote a space for negotiation and investment.

Dentons Muñoz Nicaragua, represented by Denise Opazo and Edgard Torres, is one of the founding members of the Chamber and was chosen as Secretary of its Board of Directors.
